All sales final but lifetime guarantee on purse or lamp hardware. We want you to love your Detiki carvings for the long haul. Wood will last unless you burn it or throw it in a wood chipper- so that is all on you!
Custom orders require a flat $25 deposit on most items. Items with personal to you carvings (names, dates, events) will have a 50% deposit after sketch approval. Super large items (4 foot or higher) will be 25% of agreed price after sketch approval.
We only have a 2 week or less lead time. Don’t be afraid to order a custom piece for someone special!
